The Tashkent City is implementing a city-wide Intelligent Transport System under Presidential Decree No. 368 of 4 December 2025: 13 subsystems, at least 700 smart intersections, a new Traffic Management Center, delivered in three stages over three years.
The Traffic Management Center is the client and the future operator of the system. We are completing the Technical Specification and forming the shortlist of companies that will be invited into the formal procurement in Q4 2026.
To be included in the shortlist, we require a response by 4 September 2026. Two to three pages are sufficient at this stage: relevant reference projects, the subsystems you would deliver, your preferred delivery model (EPC, PPP or service), and a named contact.
Participants receive the project data pack — Transport Master Plan, transport macro model, draft Technical Specification and infrastructure baseline — and a briefing session with our technical team.
